To get a cutscene. You ll automatically get a lab access card and a draklor laboratory map. Go to the north life terminal and go to the 67th floor. Ride back down to the 66th floor and from the lift room head west through the previously sealed red door.

The north one runs on the 66 67 68 floors and the south one on 68 and 70. When you reach the hallway beyond turn south and search a note a room to the east rm 6601 west inside which you ll find another bulkhead controls console. Draklor laboratory 69th floor. Up on the 67th floor they find a lab access card.
